Sabr

Lets say you don't like the way someone treat you, but, you say to yourself  'sabr,sabr,sabr'. This is not what sabr acually means. It's gunpower that you are encapsulating within yourself, which definitely is going to explode one day. And when it does, trust me, it's going to turnout pretty ugly. Secondly, as you are pretending to practice is fake sabr, you actually are jeopardizing your mental health, day by day. The point I trying to make here is that we should never hold grudge among anybody. It slowly but surely, kill your soul. 

As soon as possible, talk to the person you are holding grudge against. Now here is where true sabr comes. When you
