According to Dr Zakir there may or may not had been a scripture which was shown to prophet Muhammad (SAW) to read from. Muhammad (SAW) said "I can't read" because he knew, he can't read. When a person knows he can't read there is no point in says "What should I read?". For example lets say you can't read chinesse and I tell you to read chinesse. It's obvious you wouldn't say "show me where is it written?".

I'M STRUGGLING

Why is it hard for me, to stick with, not using social media? Why am I not able to make it a habbit? So according to me for one bad habbit to go away, there must be another habbit to take its place. But the new habbit must not be hard or much less entertaining because then it's really hard to make it stick. Secondly make it hard for yourself to engage in that bad habbit. I'll will illustrate it later. So how can I apply this to my life? First of all, I need a new and healthy habbit. For me it's going to be reading books, of course. And I can make it entertaining, by reading book about topics that I'm interested in. I can read "biography of malcom x". I spend most of my time in drawing room, So I should keep my phone in my bedroom. Use the "forest" app, frequantly.
